Racing
Porsche has dominated in racing since day one in the 50's. It is very rare to see them lose and they have won the Le Mans 13 times, which is the record.
Here is what I have so far, more coming very soon:
550 Spyder
The Porsche 550 Spyder was built with a new four cylinder engine, with four cam shafts. In 1954 at the Mille Miglia, Porsche won in the 550 Spyder. In 1955, at the World Sports Car Championship in Sebring, Porsche won first place in the 550 Spyder. In 1956, Porsche entered the Targa Florio and won overall. The worst thing about the Porsche 550 Spyder is that James Dean died while driving his. In1955, there were about 100 produced, they were called 550/1500RS. In 1956, they were called the 550A/1500RS because of the changes made to it by Porsche.
